The Role
CtrlPrint is seeking a driven Business Development Manager to join our team. In this key role, you will own and execute business development initiatives that drive growth in the Nordics, UK/Ireland, and beyond. As a core team player, you’ll bring fresh ideas, manage your own projects, and represent the CtrlPrint brand globally.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-moving, innovative SaaS company and help shape our international expansion. The role involves approximately 20–30% travel within Europe and occasional trips beyond, depending on business opportunities.
Who Are you
You are a proactive and adaptable professional with a minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar business development or sales role—ideally in the SaaS industry. You are comfortable engaging with C-level executives and pitching high-value solutions. You’ll be supported by a dedicated marketing and customer success team to help generate leads, nurture prospects, and ensure smooth onboarding, allowing you to focus on building relationships and closing deals.
You thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, and you’re always ready to roll up your sleeves to deliver results. You understand the importance of representing a brand with integrity and energy.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
Own and drive new business sales and partnership opportunities, from lead generation to deal closure.
Develop and execute strategic plans in alignment with CtrlPrint’s growth objectives.
Represent CtrlPrint at events and conferences, positioning the brand as a market leader.
Project Management
Lead your own initiatives, ensuring projects are delivered on time and on budget.
Collaborate with the customer success, marketing, and product teams to align messaging and identify market opportunities.
Market Expansion
Identify and pursue growth opportunities in existing and new markets, including the Nordics, UK/Ireland, and beyond.
Stay up to date with industry trends, competitive developments, and evolving client needs.
Relationship Building
Build strong, trust-based relationships with C-level stakeholders and key decision-makers.
Ensure a seamless transition from prospecting to onboarding, working closely with the Customer Success team.
Qualifications and Skills
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a business development, sales, or similar client-facing role within the SaaS industry.
Proven ability to pitch solutions to C-level executives and navigate complex sales cycles.
Excellent communication and presentation skills in English (UK) and Swedish. Additional language skills (French, German, Danish) highly valued.
Strong project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple initiatives and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
A team-oriented mindset, eager to collaborate with colleagues across sales, marketing, and product functions.
